Karie is a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Reflexology Practitioner, Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional and Health Coach. Karie attended Anderson College for Massage Therapy and graduated with honours in 2024. She attended the Balnea Institute of Holistic Therapies where she earned a Diploma in Esthetics and Spa Therapies as well as a Diploma as a Natural Health Care Practitioner in 2009. At that time, she also completed her Certification as a Aromatherapy Health Professional and Reflexology Practitioner. Karie has always been passionate about holistic health and alternative therapies from a young age. Her style of massage is focused on relaxation and treating the body as a whole, while also offering more focused massage therapy sessions as needed. She does not offer deep tissue massage and her pressure could be described as moderate. Karie is additionally certified in cupping therapy and hot stone therapy and she continues to learn and add to her practice. Karie is a member of the Canadian College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO), the Registered Reflexology Council of Ontario (RRCO) as well as the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapy Health Professionals (CFA).
